A new home is no guarantee against manufacturing defects, and an independent inspection gives you an unbiased view of the quality of the work carried out.

The new inspection standards are based on the requirements of BNQ3009-500. They cover all elements of the house, from roof to basement, as well as the landscaping and adjoining areas.

The pre-purchase inspection is a non-destructive visual inspection. It is not an expertise and does not detect hidden defects. As mentioned in BNQ standard 3009-500, exclusions include the items listed in Appendix A. .
